Guest Alex Chapman
Hi biferi, In the Pitch Change dialog, the 'Pitch Adjust (%)' field doesn't control the absolute pitch of the sound, it changes it relative to what it was. So if you have a 100Hz sound, and you want to change it to 20Hz, you need a pitch adjustment of 20%. But if you have a 200Hz sound and you want to change it to 20Hz, then you need a pitch adjustment of 10%. To find out what frequencies exist in your sound you can use the FFT or TFFT tools.
