pa58
My files are inaudible in Express Scribe, but I'm able to hear them clearly in both iTunes and Windows Media Player. Can files in Windows Media Player be transcribed with Express Scribe?
Guest N C H_TM
You should be able to hear them in Express Scribe. Please contact our support team at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=Scribe and they can help you out.
Wellspring
Yes, we should be able to hear them in Express Scribe...but after upgrading tonight to the Pro version so that I could use my controller pedal and the trial period had run out...all of a sudden I have no sound...hear that? NO AUDIO after upgrading. So what to do? Oh, if I'm to get immediate attention because I'm trying to meet a deadline ...I have to pay another $64 DOLLARS BECAUSE YOUR PROGRAM STOPPED AFTER I PAID FOR IT? WHAT IS THAT ABOUT? Yes, you'd better believe I'm stressed. I've been wrestling with this for over TWO HOURS and am no closer to being able to start work.
