Impossible to get an answer from NCH!

I have a simple pre-sales question which NCH won't answer because they will not accept emails.

 

If/when I buy Wavepad, I note that I need to (a) Activate online and (b ) enter Name, Location and code before I can use the software.

 

However, I wish to use Wavepad on a PC which is never online and is too far away from my phoneline (I don't have wireless). If/when I activate it from my internet PC (in my house), can I then transfer it to my studio PC (50 metres away from my house)? I need to know this before spending money because if it's only activated for use on the PC from which I go to "activate online", it's of no use to me.

 

Hope someone can advise, preferably one of those people who will accept my money but not my emails.
