Text to Speech voices

Hello, [sOLVED]

 

 

I am trying to add and or change the text to speech voices available in my Wavepad.

 

I have downloaded some from NCH page here:

First one on list is void.

Anyhow, I have run these and some other Voices for use, but Wavepad

still only displays or offers the SAM voice (default)from microsoft.

 

Does this require a reboot or why,how can I add or change the voice for text to speech tool.

What I downloaded does not seem to be enough from what the page states. "Just run file"

Still only shows the Sam. The one file has 3, mike mary and Sam, I have another with 10, but cannot seem to use or access these.

 

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT:

 

Well, somehow it just worked. The first file acted as if it did not exist and was an error, I since downloaded it (SPCHAPI) and now they are in.
