WavePad w/M-Audio Delta 1010LT

I had run the trial version of WavePad without any problem. I am using the M-Audio Delta 1010LT as a MIDI input device for a Virtual Theater Organ Program (MidiTzer) which uses Fluidsynth to process the sound fonts.

 

Everything in the play mode works fine and I can also use previously recorded (via WavePad) .wav and .mp3 files to play without issue. Recording does not work any longer.

 

Now after registering at the "Master Edition" level, WavePad no longer receives any input from my sound card. I have played with every combination of input device I can think of but without success. My current setting for the sound card is for it to output via outputs 1/2 (it has 10 outputs).

 

Anyone have a similar situation or a suggestion?
