Recorder that allows to download one at a time

Hi.. can you please help me to find recorder that can download one recording at a time. I have a recorder but it can only download by folders, meaning each folder (folders a-d) can have lots of recordings each folder. So if i have 10 recordings in folder A already and then I record something i need right away in folder A recording #11, then It will not allow me to download just recording #11 in folder A. I would have to download all 11 recordings in folder A in order to get to recording #11.
