richardh
I'm trying to save PCM wav files recorded at 44100hz to wma using the Windows Media Audio Voice 9 codec. I select the codec when the saving dialog appears and set the bitrate but whatever I choose I end up with an empty 5kb file. I know the codec is installed properly as I have used it successfully in another tool. It will save successfully if I choose 22kbps, 22.05kHz, mono but no other bitrate works (I want to use 12kbps, 16khz, mono). Any suggestions would be appreciated!
