Changing Volume of Background music

Hi All,

Just joined and this is my first post. I want to change the volume of a soundtrack during a video. I want the volume to be high during the 10 second title screen and then fade down over about 3 -5 seconds into the background. At that point the narrator starts talking and continue narrating the rest of the video, so the narrator’s voice has to be louder than the soundtrack, which remains in the background. Then I would like the music to come up during the closing screen. Any help on how to do this is appreciated.
