gascoigne Posted June 12, 2009 Share Posted June 12, 2009 Ian G I brought on 8/6/09 express burn plus with technical support express burn plus does not work properly on my computer I have XP window the sound and picture are not synchronised when I load my video files into express burn plus and press play to check before burning the sound and picture are not at the same time the picture is slower then the sound then after about 35 seconds the picture stops& goes I have sent in 3 bug reports three times got no answer so far this HOW CAN I EMAIL NCH Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
