Bypass Saving Files

I have just purchased new computer with Windows Vista and downloaded Scribe V 4.33. When I download mp3 from my worksite, I am now prompted to save that file to a folder on my computer and then I have to load it from there to Scribe which is quite time consuming. I am given no option to run, only save the file when I download it. I did not have to do this step with my previous computer and version of Scribe, it just downloaded directly into Scribe. I have already associated file type mp3 with Scribe and it is my default player for mp3s. Microsoft says this is a Scribe issue. Does anyone know of a way to bypass the saving step and load directly into Scribe from the internet? Thanks.
