Attempting to create usable New Testament cd

Hi I have the copyright to produce the cd and I am attempting to use a cd (571mb capacity- file system = cdfs) that has the New Testament already recorded in 24 files totaling 15 hrs of recording. The files are impractical to the end user as they cannot find where they left off in hearing the reading. I want to convert it to individual files on each chapter (that would be 261 files) and fit them on a cd with 700mb capacity Can anyone help me out
