Reduce band, make vocals better??

Hey, Thanks for looking.

 

I have a live recording of a johnny cash song, and at the beginning, he says "Hello, I'm Johnny Cash" The problem is, i need to cut just this saying out of the song, and there is a band playing and a lot of noise from the audience. I need to cut this out, so i have just his voice saying that. It would be nice if you could give me a detailed description on what i need to do.
