MAking Tracks

I have a digital recorder the TASCAM DR-07 and have recorded long files of church music which I cut and paste into a new shorter music selections file in a WAV format. However, this new file is one long track 1. How do I force or place additional tracks in the new WAV file? Right now the shorter file is one complete track which makes forwarding thru the WAV file on the CD difficult. I would like to insert track markers so I can quickly forward thru the file. Suggestions and HELP please! The manual does not describe this very well.
