Cannot Record Stereo/Mono w/ USB headset

Unlike before, I use the ESS Maestro thing, with the Blue,Green and Red Port. I use Audacity for recording audios and voice. But now, I bought myself a USB Headset and I'm fining it hard to record Analog Stereo, analog Mono, Mixers, Etc.. The only thing i can record is through microphone. When unlike before, I can record the sound coming through my PC. How the hell am I gonna fix this? When I use the Pink,Green and Blue port, the Analog Stereo, Mixer, Analog Mono, Etc... shows, but now, when I used my USB Headset, it only had 2 options, Microphone and Windows Mixer. Please help me... I already set the USB headset as default recording and playback.
