I get the error message Cannot open folder "" because it is not a valid folder. Thanks, Kaymac (newbie to forum experienced computer user and programmer) There is a compatibility problem between Win 2000 and Switch re: opening output folders. NCH told me it would be fixed in a future release. My work-around is to put a copy of the file I want to convert into the desired output folder and let Switch do the conversion and default to that folder.
