MP3 and WAV settings

Hi my name is Edgar I just downloaded the master version of Wavepad sound. I must be blind but I cannot seem to find the drop down menus for either of these. (The specific bitrate value can be selected from the bitrate drop-down list.)?

The drop down that the help file is referring to is when you save the project as an ACC / MP4.

 

File > Save File As > ACC… (drop down available)

Thank you for your reply, I tried it but to no avail. I work as a graphic designer. I try both ways, " File>saving as, and File>saving project as", either way it directs me to the window where I am suppose to save the file. There are no other options. By the way I am on a MAC. I thought this App. was suppose to be intuitive.
