temp file NCH

I cant find the temp file. I want my 6 gig back. Anywho have idea where NCH tmp file is?? tks, paul

I found it, and it was not labeled in any way to make it find-able. Exp burn *^&$%@

 

documents and settings/user/Local settings/temp/tmp4f.tmp/

Hi Paulmars,

 

Glad you found it. As a temp file its located in the temp folder as to not alarm or bother the more basic of users.

Searching your whole disk *.* and sorting by "date created" should have taken about 60 seconds.

That search would result in a long list of files and folders, none of which contain "NCH" or "Express Burn". Every other burn app I have used names its temp directory as such and/or lists where the files will be stored, usually in the tools~options.
