Radio recording

Hi,

Can anyone offer advice on recording listen again radio shows,I used to use wavepad with vista by plugging a lead into the green headphone jack on the front of the computer,other end going into pink on back of computer. This method now gives continual popping sound.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your indicating your preferred process worked, and now doesn't. I would suggest you think about whats changed recently, to have broken this.

I use a separate software to record streaming audio, it saves as Mp3 format, then use wavepad to edit. There is another way, by changing your settings in Windows recording settings, then have wavepad record what is playing through your system.
