How do I Insert track breaks and labels?

Can someone please help me. I have recorded a seminar and I have verbally labeled my tracks and left a pause in my recording. However there are many pauses throughout the recordings. Before I burn to CD I want to label the tracks and I would like the CD to stop at each track. Can someone instruct me on how to do this?

I would suggest cutting the one track up into many, labeling the ID2/3 tags and then dropping them into your burning application.

 

This would provide the effect you are looking for.
