mashikoboy Posted September 28, 2008 Share Posted September 28, 2008 I am a new WavePad user, attempting to record streaming audio, using an iMac. When I try to record music directly from an internet website, the only audio which gets recorded is the sound which my computer's built-in mike picks up. I cannot make the software record the audio stream unless my computer's mike picks it up from the speakers. Can someone suggest what settings can be used to avoid this problem? lonesometwin Posted October 7, 2008 Share Posted October 7, 2008 You need to dig deep into the pc's internals to dig out an audio stream. NCH do SoundTap for this. You still won't be able to extract DRM'd streams tho, which will be ALL the worthwhile ones There are others out there tho. Who is your friend?
