Several days ago I used Switch to convert a MSV file to MP3 successfully for the first time. The file icon of the MSV file, which was a blank sheet icon turned to Switch's icon. But now I see that the MSV file icon has turned back to a blank sheet. I right-clicked on the file icon, selected Properties and I see that it shows "Opens with Switch Sound File Converter" and the Switch icon. But the icon of the file is blank in the Properties window. How to make the MSV file show the Switch icon?

I installed Golden Records recently. I find that it now launches by itself at random times. That is different from launching when Windows 10 starts, which it does not and I want it that way. This is annoying. How do stop it? Thanks.
