  1. Hi Alab and Adam,

    I'm having the same problem. I'm looking through the forum and finding a lot of unanswered help requests.

    @NCH & Forum: Can we assume the most reliable way to use this software is through land lines? Or is there a preferred service provider?

  2. I am having ongoing problems. but have a simple question. There are three options in Axon for allowing inocming calls. UPNP, stun, and private IP. I have a cable modem so it is dhcp thus is not a static public IP. I enabled UPNP in my network connections and also in the router, but it did not work. lastly there is the stun, which only connects some of the time though I have forwarded stun ports and voice port, assigned static private ip to the pc with axon on it, enable nat mapping, etc. but then I see under nch broadvoice settings it says stun servers must be turned off. I am out of options.........

    HELP!!!! :(:(:angry::huh::(

    yes, please help us.

  3. The line isn't BroadVoice is it?

    should I give up on my BroadVoice line? Or is it possible to get BroadVoice to work in Axon and have IVM work through Axon?

    thanks!

  4. I have IVM and AXON, using 2 Broadvoice SIP lines.

    It works great.

    What I did was put the SIP lines as external lines in AXON.

    I made the Dialing rule to use one line for outbound only.

    I set up extensions and use softphones.

    I call in on one sip line and it goes to IVM and has a menu to press a number, which transfers back to AXON extension and transfers to employees cell phones.

    It did take a little while to get it working, but it is workeing great so far.

    So the answer is "Yes it works exceptionally well."

    what SIP service are you using? I'd like to get mine setup like this as well. I've got subscriptions with 3 services right now looking for the right one.

    thanks,

    greg
