I have Wavepad and I am using it to record streaming audio and save as MP3. Can the free version do this? How long of a recording can be made?

One reason I asked is that I start recording--things seem to be working well--and then after a few minutes it stops (about 20 minutes). I wonder if this is a limitation of the free version?
