Thank you for your input....after reviewing this thread, and what is shown on various videos on the infamous YOUTUBE, I don't believe this will decompress the video...But, I do appreciate your time and effort...Thanks again..

Have tried to use NCH assistance, but was unable to get any assistance on decompressing the video to create the cinematic aspect of the anamorphic lens which is a 115% compression...Has anyone had experience on this topic ???
