I opened a support ticket.

The EyeDropper doesn't pick the right color.

In the meantime I found out it works fine on the screen of my laptop, but problems occur on the attached large screen.

I found out the problem only occuurs when running in the extended modus.

In the replication modus the problem doesn't occur.

I have issues with the eyedropping feature, not picking the right colour.

is this a known issue, or something wrong at my side?
