I am a trial VideoPad user downloaded today (29 Dec 2020).
My Video file already has Audio. My project is to add title across the Video.
In edit mode, when I play the Video, the Audio is delay at minus 2X speed. When I speed-up the Audio to 2X, I got expected Audio. Then, I exported to Video File, in exported Video File, I got delayed Audio recorded.
Do I need to apply the patch?
Please advise, How can I purchase on the product which does not work properly?
