This is Windows OS, Yes I have tried contacting the support team. Someone was supposed to get back to me and it went ignored

Just recently starting having tracks that I load to Mix Pad take up to 2 to 4 mins to load. Also, my cursor hesitates/freezes during placement of tracks. This started since the latest update.
