Completed everything.  Same results.  Is it possible to get a refund?  I just downloaded this within the last 30 days and has not worked at all.

I deleted all registry entries and then there is a window showing leftover files and folders.  Delete those as well?

I am not finding most of the things you are asking me to find.  I can't find AppData.  I can't find any of the folders you show on the previous message.  As you can probably tell by now, my computer expertise is mediocre at best.  I am not getting anything by left or right clicking on the 1.bat file.

Re-did everything but get same results.  When I right click on 1.bat file and select Run As Administrator I get a window asking me if I want to Let Windows Command Processor take control and I click Yes.  Then nothing happens.

I completed the actions described in your message.  Now what?  I right clicked on the file and selected Run As Administrator and nothing happened.

I opened your zip file and it works fine in Videopad.

BTW.  I imported the original video clip into PhotoStage Slideshow and it plays perfectly there.  Does that give you any clues?

Still having the same issue on my end.  Downloaded latest version again (ver 8.99) and I still have no image.  Just sound track.

When I upload a MP4 video the images do not show up.  Only the soundtrack works,
