Sorry are you trying to capture video and sound? If you are using recordpad for this it will not work. RecordPad is an Audio Recordingsoftware and it does not record video. If you need to record video you will need a program such as Debut which is also from NCH Software.
Hi, following up on this discussion. I have installed debut. When I start the programme, there screen shows "connecting" in the middle of the screen. When I try to video capture the screen, i get a white screen when I play back. the instructions for this application is pretty weak.
