Clear Clicks to scandisk flash drive to pc videopad software wont load my file

• After loading flash drive, and selecting video file mp4 / get the ( failed to load file) please help me. 

I'm using clear Clicks video device trying to transfer old media to videopad software then burn too an mdisc.
