I have some old path names to files that I no longer use but they show up in the Load Dictation File Window when I click on the arrow. Is there some way to delete these so that only the files I am currently will using will be shown there? Kathy

I am just getting my first client after going digital. How do I move the voice files that the doctor uploads from mydocs into the Express Scribe software? Can this be done automatically? Thanks. Kathy

I am new to using Express Scribe. I have an Infinity foot pedal. I see on the main Express Scribe window how to control the speed of the playback. When I press the center pedal on my foot control I get the speed I want. But as soon as I stop and restart the dictation it is much faster and I can't make it out. If I hit the F10 it goes back to RealSpeed but how do I keep it at RealSpeed? I don't want the speed to change every time I stop and restart. I can't find anything in the manual on this.
