My installed Debut video capture software is failing to pick up the video signal that is coming from an ultrasound machine via an Epiphan Frame grabber. The Epiphan capturing software is able to detect it and works fine.
Any recommendations on how I can solve this?

I also using Epiphan Frame Grabber (Model: AV.io HD) with Debut Video Capture Software and facing this error (No valid capture device could be found)...
