My Perspective ratio is 16x9 but Export only uses a ration of 9x16. How can I change the Export setting to match the Perspective aspect ratio?

I have VP 4.22. I did find this forum looking for help. So frustrating not to be able to contact Support, but I did figure out how to work around my problem by trial and error - lots of trials and failures.
