Hi. I have downloaded a video file and related subtitle file from Microsoft Stream and am trying to edit it in VideoPad. I have loaded the MP4 file and am trying to load the subtitle file so I can edit together but when I try to upload the subtitle file I get the "0subtitles successfully loaded" message. The subtitle file is a .vtt file and has the same name as the mp4.
