Cannot make sense of entering the number given on the registration page 

Refers to 12 or 13 digit number issued when you purchased.

It says it should be of format 5555555-aaaaaaaa

I used Pixiion Reg Code comprising 7 numbers followed by 8 lowercase letters but nothing works.

Help please
