Hope this hasn't been asked before. Did a search but "volume batch" brings up to many to sift though lol. 

When I drop a mp3 into a vid the volume comes out way louder than any original mp4 levels. I'm getting a lot of complaints. So I have two questions.

Is there a setting to cut the import sound value in half for mp3s while leaving mp4s at their original level so I don't have to adjust the volume bar for every vid, I make tons of them every day? 

For my old vids which I still post on Twitter is it possible to batch convert them at 50 percent volume? Hope so, I have 1000s of them lol.

Hey tks for replying Dangerfreak. Well I make a batch of clips up at a certain speed in various sequences. When I try to overlay them the clip lengths are now slightly different. The yellow bar is the worse though. Things get crowded and it only makes it worse.

Hi, Love the program, use it almost every day but have a problem that's driving me crazy. How do you turn off the auto speed value sync with sound? It messes up my vids. And the yellow bar that keeps popping up across the bottom is irritating and takes up valuable room on my desktop too.

Way. Sorry wasn't quite clear. The problem happens only when in Sequence full screen. Sometimes on the play buttons but mostly on the split clip button on the lower right. If you play with it you'll see the split doesn't always happen. Unless you wait for the tool tip on the split button to disappear it won't let the click though to do it's job. The space is just to tight for the tool tip to be placed out of the way like it normally is.

Love almost everything about the software. Except for one little thing that is driving me up the wall and beyond. Is there any setting to turn off the tool tips? Because they insist on popping up on the smallest of buttons preventing you from clicking the freaking thing. Particularly irritating when in full screen mode. You sit there slowing panning forward, reverse to find just the right place to cut the vid. Then you click cut and go back to normal view only to find out the click didn't really happen because the God**** tool tip popped up again. So you have to go back to full screen and start from scratch. Tried searching with null so asking here.
