I am doing an orchestra score. For some reason, the bottom 5 staves will not play back either as single line or in the whole score. I read in the manual that they won't playback due to a bug in the microsoft download but I bought and downloaded directly from NCH. Help please

In playback, how do I get the score to play in the key of the respective instrument
