I cannot use F11 and F12 keys as hot keys in Windows XP.  Any comments?

Go into settings, control and remove those keys in express scribe, then try.

I have two MT's in the last 24  hours who suddendly lost the ability to control the speed of play with their foot pedals.  Have re-installed player without success.  The files open in hyper speed and can't be slowed down witha foot pedal.  What's happened to cause the change?

Now we have three with the same problem. I'll try support to see if I can get an answer.
