WHEN USING WEB ACCESS , THE ITEM DO NOT SHOW UP IN THE DESECRATION ONCE YOU PICK PART NUMBER AS WELL AS THE COST HAVE TO SEARCH FOR IT

I GET THE PART NUMBER IN AND THEN NO DESCRIPTION SHOWS UP , OR PRICE , IF IM ON THE COMPUTER IT WORKS FINE , ONLY DOSENT IN WEB ACCESS

IM SURE ITS THE SAME AS THE QUOTES WE UPGRADE FROM EXPRESS INVOICE TO EXPRESS ACCOUNTS

I can see all my items as in the desktop software, but as soon as I add an item the description and price columns stay blank.

This is an urgent matter as we can't use the web access when out of office.
