Hi folks how do i remove the metronome sound from my track once i recorded it ?

Hi folks i have an alto rmx 2408 dfx mixer amp. If i connect this to my laptop with the 2k twin rca lead and set up mixpad can i record all the channels from my mixer into seperate channels on the software ?
