Thank you both! @borate - I didn't realise you did it at the exporting stage. I'll try that when I get to it. Meanwhile I've got another problem which I'll post as a separate topic.

I'm sure there must be an easy way to remove the black bars or black background you get when using mobile phone footage. Or expanding the picture, changing the ratio or something, but I can't figure it out. I've looked at the tutorials and the forum and getting nowhere.

I'm using the old version VideoPad Professional v 6.01

Hi, I am using Express Scribe to transcribe audio files of interviews. They are to be kept secure until the interviewee has agreed the content, then destroyed. I'm not sure about either saving them securely or destroying them - anybody any ideas?
