For the past few years, I've been using Switch on my iMac. I don't recall buying a license, and there's nothing in my emails to show I did, but I was able to use it without restriction. It was version 4.15, and the About field says, "Free Version Registered To: Unlicensed Basic Free Version."
I bought a new iMac and downloaded Switch, thinking I'd be able to use it the same way. This is version 5.34, and I can convert only five files at a time unless I buy a license.
What has changed? Did NCH do away with the unrestricted free version at some point?
