Pedal not working When Word open in Express Scribe Posted September 5, 2017 Hello, I have a problem with my scribe software. When scribe is open the pedal with software is working fine and i hear a sound. But when i want to dictate with Ms Word open i can hear no sound anymore. I am using Windows 10. My College has the same pedal and no problem at all. Can you please advice?

Hello,
