Hi everyone

I am new to Videopad and have been trying to learn it.Just a question about editing clips please. If I wish to just to remove a small section within a clip, how do I do this. If I set in and out points on a clip, it removes everything to the left and right of the points, but that is what I wish to keep and just remove the small section within the in and out points. Someone help please
