Backing Up/ Restore in Copper Posted March 27, 2017 I am the administrator and am having trouble backing up as the "tools" box is greyed out. I have 2 computers running 1 licensed software. On one computer i am able to backup and on the other I cannot. Any reason? Suggestions?
