Thank you for your reply, I appreciate the assistance.

When I follow the path you suggested {not mac}, and select retrieve location, then select OK, It just takes me back to the main menu. I tried this several times, with the same result each time.

I also unchecked the "Show warning for items that are not on stock" box.

What should I be seeing when I select "retrieve locations"??

When I create an invoice in express accounts, my inventory level is not updating in inventoria.

The syncing seems to be all ok, and when I update my inventory in express accounts, it says update was successful.

What am I missing
