Is there any way to make the LOW-LEVEL stock email more descriptive in that it can include the ITEM DESCRIPTION along with the ITEM CODE/BAR CODE?

IS THERE ANY WAY TO MODIFY COPPER POS THAT IT CAN ASK FOR A CUSTOMER NUMBER UPFRONT PRIOR TO THE TRANSACTION. For example: When we are ready to check out the customer, it can prompt or allow us to enter a customer number that is linked to reflect...?
