    I M USING IMS AND I HAVE A PROBLEM:

     

    THE CALL QUEUE IS WITH 701 IN AXON ACTIVATED AND WHEN I CALL THE 701, IMS WORKS FINE

     

    BUT: IT WORKS EXACTLY 1 MIN:::

    THEN IT CUTS THE CONNECTION:::

    WHY?

    could u please explain how u get it to send to 701 and how to make them go in queue

  2. Assuming my logic is correct callers are not hearing on-hold-music as they should when in queue in a caller group.

     

    Call Logic:

    -Customer Calls

    -Telephone line is directed to extention of auto attendant

    -Auto Attendant picks-up, plays welcome message etc, tranfers to call group 701

    -Axon re-takes hold of the caller

    -Customer waits for sales rep to take call.

    In Axon settings for group 701 'link to IMS' @ port 606, I have tested the IMS server with Express Talk (putting people on hold) -- when people on express talk are put on hold they hear the on hold messaging system just fine, but they will only hear rining when transfered to the 701 caller group.

     

    Please help me figure out what is wrong with my settings -- I'm using the current versions of each pacakge that are on the website now.

     

    let us work together maybe we can help try this out together.

    I have it all linking fine ,, however I dont know how to transfer the call ??

    Can u explain .. and I will see if I'm able and maybe we can troubleshoot together

  3. Well I now can forward a little , I need to make some extra lines and have an extension for each

    However I still cant login to the on hold messaging .. when holding or forwarding.

     

    I actually forward to on hold 197 .. but it goes always to 198 the auto attedant .

    I dont understand.

     

    Also about the holding ,, i even choose to hear the tones instead of on hold music .. and I cant even hear them as well

     

    Anyway ideas

  4. Okay I have been playing with IVM adn IMS for around one week ... I'm getting close to my expiry date ..

    so i need this to work 100% before I purchase.

     

    I need help .. please assist.

     

    I can make calls fine and receive calls.

    I use the static IP setting and everything works fine..

    However I cant for the life of me get IMS to work with IVM or even transfer to 197

     

    I dont know how to transfer to that extension to even test the 197!

     

    My setting are all good because on IVM is says everything is registered ,, even the 197

     

    Please explain how to transfer and to make IVM and IMS work together.

  5. I dont have a regular telephone line.

    I use a VOIP service that provided me with one of there modems that uses the internet to make phone calls.

     

    Now I tried using this software and it would never answer the call ?

    A few questions

     

    Does this software work with VOIP servies ,, like vonage?

    Second how would I configure it to work ???

    DO I need any special harware ..?? or is the modem I use now for VOIP enough ?
