Is anyone using Express Invoice free version and WIN 10 together? If so on completion of an invoice is FAX available as an option for delivery?

Have free version of Express on a WIN7 machine. It runs perfect and was easy to setup. Got a WIN10 machine for Christmas installed free version and Mozilla Thunderbird. Exact mirror of previous setup. Upon completion of invoice I do not get Fax in the dropdown box, its missing. Fax settings are same as WIN7 setup using domain of my Fax server.

Any suggestion other than throw WIN10 machine out the window? LOL
