Downloaded and placed in the folder. Still got the same error.

I deleted the component, ran VideoPad as Admin, but the error persisted. The component was not downloaded so my x264enc7 folder is empty.

Trying to export a video to MP4 / Mov format and this is the error I get:
I have tried deleting the Components folder and re-installing VideoPad.

I've tried Borate's solution and deleted all the Roaming files and all the Registry Keys and uninstalled followed by a fresh install.
Still not working.
I'll try to run the diagnostics build when I have time.
